Altstadt Hotel Stadtkrug

Had 3 days in Salzburg, spending my time here lovely.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a particularly good area, right by sights in old city and many great restaurants, the center of magnificent Salzburg. Central location of this trendy boutique property was a bonus.

I had a comfortable stay. Adorable and fairly clean place with a friendly reception. The room was huge with a view and had very good WiFi and armchairs.

The staff are wonderfully helpful, hotel is majestic, breakfast is generous.

Clean and quirky hotel, it has nice staff and location.

Loved the place, had a good stay for our visit to Salzburg. We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The food they offered was savoury, had plenty of meals.

Staying here for walking around was very nice, totally recommendable. The continental breakfast was gorgeous and had outstanding food.

In general the staff were attentive and hospitable. Our experience here was really good!

Restful stay in the tourist area. I liked that the hotel was nice size and absolutely gorgeous. It was well priced, immaculate and impeccable room.

Simply perfect location, exceptionally courteous staff, really nice beds, DELICIOUS breakfast, real value for money.

Views are really bad and the bathrooms are mouldy.

The location was very central, next to the old town area and the lovely pedestrian street of Linze Gasse, and there were a church and a monastery walking distance to the venue.

It was really great value. Freshly prepared breakfast and a romantic room : that's what we loved. Comfy beds, electric outlets and buzzer in the room. In-house restaurant and rooftop bar were on site.

Our stay was relaxing, good value for price. Absolutely lovely staff, elegant building, fully functional room. This vacation hotel was near the beach.

Breakfast was lovely, staff was absolutely courteous, place was fairly clean. Room had a luxury bathroom that we loved. It was nice with natural lighting. Impeccable service provided there too. The property was set in a downtown area.

Everything was very easy, nice service and excellent co-operating staff. Attractive unit with cutlery and plates. Centrally located for us;)))

Unbeatable location & perfect rooms. Also, the hotel was really close to mozarts wohnhaus. I loved venue's outdoor restaurant. I asked for extra breakfast too. What's mote - there was stable internet.

Rooms are neat, lovely beds and gentle staff in the hotel. The attached restaurant is affordable and having boiled eggs, meats, fresh bread, bakery and fresh fruit for breakfast is a bonus. Unbelievable location relatively near mirabell gardens.

I have had a such wonderful experience, this absolutely beautiful, so clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. Its staff was so polite & responsive. New room, wonderfully comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom. I liked the extremely good view.

Outstanding service, well furnished room and renovated hotel building. Really delicious breakfast with lots of meals. I think the venue was extremely welcoming, would return anytime.

Top location, plentiful breakfast, exceptional service and the staff was cool. Large bed and beautiful facilities. Quite clean and boutique hotel in Altstadt district. I had a really nice stay in a long time.

Wi-fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Pleasant location, the room was fashioned and beds were very comfy. Personnel were eager to help, especially breakfast staff.

staff was really pleasant, overall experience was wonderful. we liked the room because of terrace. there is restaurant stadtkrug at the premises.

Very suitable for family. Located within 5 minutes' drive from hellbrunn palace. So close to hellbrunner wasserspiele, 20 minutes' walk to Salzburg Central train station...

location was good and the staff was friendly. we could easily get to mozarts wohnhaus and mirabell palace was so close to the hotel. excellent breakfast - 4 star level.
